Our privacy statement
Please read this before you continue. It explains what happens to anything you share.
You stay anonymous
You do not need to give your name. When you sign up you get a reference number to log in with. You can add a pseudonym and an email address if you want to, and both are stored encrypted.
What we do with your report
We compare the descriptions of offenders across reports from different survivors. If someone else seems to have described the same person, a trained moderator checks the match. If they confirm it, we let you know and show you a case number. We never show you anything about the other survivors, and we never show them anything about you.
The police
We-Together does not send your data to the police. Whether to go to the police is your choice, and we will give you information on how to do so if you want it.
You are in control
You choose which questions to answer and you can skip any of them. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time. Reports you start but do not finish are deleted after 90 days.
This is draft wording for the demonstration and will be replaced by the final statement.
